The Oceano Grand Ballroom & Atrium are an impressive 4,400 square feet. The Grand Ballroom is the ultimate space for large conference groups, while the adjacent Atrium is the perfect setting for dining or breakout sessions. The Atrium features a glass skylight with natural lighting and lounge style furniture. In the evening, the Atrium can be converted to a cocktail reception or dinner space.

Nestled in the garden is our newest event space, The Gate House. This rustic event space is reminiscent of a coastal barn with dark wooden beams, wrought-iron chandeliers, and hardwood floor. Glass French doors open onto a scenic white patio and a stone fireplace is the perfect accent for a reception in the garden.

The Gate House is a private space located on our west lawn with waterfront views and an interior space of 3,000 sq ft. The outside patio area provides an opportunity for onsite participants to enjoy scenic harbor views and make every virtual participant feel like they are seaside in Half Moon Bay.
The Gate House Patio is a private event space that can be set in a multitude of different ways to accommodate daytime and evening meetings and events. Enhancing the patio are a stone fireplace with heat lamps available upon request.
The West Lawn is a private event space located next to the Gate House. The space can be used for daytime team building activities, dining throughout the meeting day, or as a reception space in the evening. Tenting option is available by request and Moon Lighting offered by Local Productions for evening events.
The Oceano Grand Ballroom is a private space located on the lobby level of the Hotel and totals 4,400 sq ft. Adjacent to the Ballroom is the private Atrium which is perfect as the production room for your virtual portion of the meeting.
