Ben’s philosophy towards bodywork is to allow the mind and body to return to its natural state of harmony. Ben spent time in China in Tui-Na training, DeAnza College and Skyline College with teachings in Pathology, Physiology and Massage Therapy.
Ben uses a combination of soothing Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Release, Joint Mobilization and Tui Na in his sessions. He however, believes in the customization based on client’s needs is the real key to a successful body treatment. All body work and message sessions are ended with a little energy healing, he received his Reiki Master title in 2013.
Ben has recently completed another 60 hour Acupressure bodywork training. Acupressure uses a similar principle of Acupuncture, excluding the needles. Acupressure uses the hands instead; a highly effective functional massage for persons with acute or chronic body pain(s).

Q: Do I need to arrive earlier than my appointment time?
A: To facilitate intake and preparation for your spa treatment, we do ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. Arriving late will limit the time for your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will still end on time so that the next guest will not be delayed and the full value of your treatment will be applied.

A: No, we have everything you will need here including robes, slippers, towels, water, showers, hairdryers, etc.

A: This is your time, and you should delight in the experience to the fullest. Whether it's the room temperature, the amount of massage pressure or the volume of the music, please notify us of any discomforts or preferences. We do request that all cell phones be turned off in the spa.
